Reporting into the IT Service Manager, this prestigious organisation is looking for an experienced ITIL Service Analyst with a strong background within Service Management. The business is a prominent and highly esteemed organisation based within beautiful surroundings in the heart of Surrey.
This role involves operating and administering one or more ITIL Processes, to include Change Management and IT Problem Management and, to include engagement into, Major Incident Management.
KEY SKILLS & BACKGROUND
Higher or Degree level education - or qualified by experience
ITIL Foundation certificate qualified
Strong IT Service / Support experience
Strong Service Management practices, processes and procedures based on ITIL best practice
Experience of the HE (Higher Education) sector
