IT SERVICE DESK ANALYST, Based in Northamptonshire, £27,000 - £33,000, plus excellent Benefits package.
An experienced and highly motivated IT SERVICE DESK ANALYST is required to join an ambitious and large-scale organisation based in Northamptonshire. As part of a busy Service Desk team you will be responsible for the diagnosis and resolution of assigned incidents and ensuring operational policies, best practice configurations and process tasks are adhered to and carried out. Technical Skills Required:
Knowledge of at least 2 of the following:
- Active Directory Services.
- Office 365 (Exchange or SharePoint).
- Microsoft Server.
- Endpoint Applications.
- Backup and Recovery applications.
- Experience of ITIL and service operation processes.
- Experience of working within an IT Service desk team environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
