Excellent opportunity for a 1st Line Helpdesk Analyst to join a renowned institution looking to increase their Support team. You should have a background in Microsoft Windows and MS Office - and have experience in providing support via telephone, email, online case logging systems and in person using support procedures aligned to ITIL good practice frameworks.
KEY SKILLS & BACKGROUND
Experience of providing Helpdesk Support to and resolving support calls and issues
Outlook issues, password reset and requests and administering access
Have experience of working within large user groups and working in a busy Helpdesk environment
Escalating calls to more senior members when required
