Whether you are already a successful Recruiter or Consultant OR you are a high-calibre Graduate or Trainee, we want to hear from you. We are always on the look-out for individuals with these attributes to work as either a Resourcer, Consultant or Account Manager.
RESOURCER
If you join as a Resourcer, your role will be to source candidates for client roles, using every candidate attraction strategy at your disposal — and not give up until you fill the role.
CONSULTANT
As a Consultant, your role will be to develop a sufficient quantity of quality business - whether Permanent placement or Contract / Interim assignments — building trusted relationships with new clients in our core market areas.
ACCOUNT MANAGER
Finally, as an Account Manager your role will be to continue to deliver recruitment services to existing clients of the business, expanding the volume of business conducted with that client through structured account development techniques.
WHAT WE OFFER
On offer are generous base salaries with industry leading commission plans. It is not unusual for trainees to quickly earn more than their peers — and the rate of acceleration of OTE (On Target Earnings) should continue this trend. In fact, it is not unusual to see people who double or triple their earnings with the commission element of their packages. However, over and above pure remuneration is the investment we will make in you in training and development.
THE EUTOPIA ACADEMY
