LOCATION : Frankfurt, Germany
SKILLS REQUIRED : Previous experience heading up Business Transformation consulting teams with a heavy bias towards the automotive sector. Must have come from a Tier 1 or 2 Management / Technology Consultancy and, allied to this, the successful candidate needed significant soft skills, dealing and advising at C Level.
CLIENT : Global Technology Consulting organisation
CHALLENGE: The major challenge here was not necessarily finding likely candidates – although the skills pool was relatively small. The major challenge was persuading Tier 1 candidates to work for this Tier 2 (albeit fast-growing) Technology Consulting Practice.
