SKILLS REQUIRED : Experienced PMO Lead experience with exposure to growing and running a busy Programme and Project office covering both IT and business change initiatives
CLIENT : Renowned not-for-profit organisation with ‘revenues’ of over £450m per annum
CHALLENGE: With a limited budget, the client was looking to hire on a fixed term basis as a route to ‘try-before-you buy’ – with a potential to convert to permanent should the candidate prove to be successful
RESULT: Eutopia’s Researchers were quickly able to present a long list of potential candidates with experience of working on both business and technology-enabled programmes. Eutopia worked with the client to select and on-board the successful candidate – tracking their performance on an ongoing basis through to engagement on a permanent basis.
