CLIENT : A ‘product’ company leading the way in Big Data and Cloud independence.
CHALLENGE: To identify candidates who could combine pre-sales and architectural technical experience within Big Data technologies.
RESULT: Through benchmarking candidates within the hiring company, Eutopia were able to technically and psychometrically test prospective candidates ensuring that the successful candidate would raise the internal ‘quality bar’. Through a number of unique sourcing methods and channels, Eutopia quickly identified two ideal candidates that were head and shoulders above the rest of the candidate pool – the client hiring one for the role – and identifying a second role for the other prospective candidate.
