SKILLS REQUIRED : Experience in selling Technology solutions into the Telco and Finance sectors – ideally with product certifications (Cisco, EMC, VMware or Microsoft)
CLIENT : Technology Provider and Integrator
CHALLENGE: Pan-Nigerian role meant that security was a significant issue.
RESULT: Working in collaboration with this client, we steered them away from ex-pat resource and offered strong local candidates instead. The client was delighted with the choice being offered – selecting one particular candidate who had been performing a similar role for the last three years.
