COVID SUPPORT FOR CLIENTS, CANDIDATES & OUR STAFF
Given the uncertainty and change in our daily lives with the outbreak of COVID-19, we wanted to update you on our business continuity plans and how we intend to support you throughout this time.
As the situation around COVID-19 continues to evolve, we are doing everything we can to ensure the health and safety of our staff and those we work with and provide maximum flexibility and business continuity. We understand that during this time it is important to ensure business confidence whilst following government guidelines.
Measures we’re taking internally
Whilst we are monitoring government and national health guidelines, we have ensured that we have policies in place to ensure the health and safety of all staff whilst ensuring that we can continue to support your business requirements as a client and your next career move as a candidate.
Currently, all staff are working from home. We have excellent technology and collaborative working practices in place meaning that business will not be affected by working remotely. As our staff return to working in the office, we will ensure that start / end times are staggered and that all necessary safety measures and distancing protocols are in place.
Support for your business
As efforts to slow the spread of the virus have taken effect, so social distancing has relaxed, yet again changing the regular practices around your company’s recruitment and on-boarding processes. The outbreak has and will also have further effect on the economy and markets and it’s important that we work together to maintain business confidence.
To both these ends, we have implemented several ways in which we believe we can support your business.
We are making our online video platform free and accessible to all clients during this time. This technology, allows us to provide recorded live interviews between our recruiters and candidates - including asking pre-agreed questions which can be presented as part of our candidate shortlist. We can also involve your hiring managers and decision makers too, without the need for diary coordination.
The tech requires no downloads, registrations, logins or passwords, ensuring candidates with any level of technical ability can take part. We simply send a link, which they click once, and they’re ready to go.
By slowing the process down, but keeping the pipeline of talent moving, we can support you to maintain your position in the market - ready to pick up where you left off in a few months when it’s back to business as usual.
