1st / 2nd LINE SUPPORT ANALYST / ENGINEER (Windows), W London to £28k+pkg
1st / 2nd Line Support Engineer / Analyst with good Windows (XP, Win7, MS Office 2003, 2007 and 2010), Active Directory, Citrix and Exchange required to join a prominent transportation client, based West London. Working on this busy Service Desk, you will provide 1st line support to over 500 users across multiple sites throughout London and the UK. The role offers an attractive salary from £22,000 to £28,000 plus benefits package including bonus.
KEY SKILLS & BACKGROUND
Experience working in a 1st & 2nd line support role
Must have excellent experience supporting: Microsoft XP, Windows 7, Office 2003 & 2007, 2010, Windows Active Directory, Citrix and Exchange
Clean driving licence
Provide first line line support to over 500 users across multiple sites throughout London
Support the user base across the Birmingham, Liverpool, Edinburgh and Aberdeen business units
Log all calls, including details of subsequent updates and resolutions
Monitor the helpdesk system for any new calls logged by users, assigning any relevant requests to the Reporting & Development teams
Responsible for completing investigation for each incident, escalating to 3rd line where necessary
Responsible for providing continuous improvement to the IT service that the team provides the business
