Customer Success Manager (L&D background essential)

I am working with them to find an L&D / Learning & Development professional who already is or wants to be a Customer Success Manager and build strong relationships with corporate and enterprise customers. You’ll be hugely enthusiastic about learning experiences and the role L&D plays in businesses achieving their goals, I am seeking a Customer Success Manager to join this superstar team.
As a Customer Success Manager you will be also be responsible for helping customers maximise the use of my client’s products and services, regularly communicating with customers to get feedback, exploring further opportunities to work together and supporting customers with training and delivering workshops.

Your background must include time in a corporate / professional L&D / Learning & Development department (maybe as an L&D Manager, Content, Advisor, Specialist…. for example). If you have experience in the LMS / Learning Management System / Learning Technology sector as a Customer Success Manager as well then great but alternatively if you want to make a move from L&D into a Customer Success position for a technology vendor then that would also be great.

It would be great for the Customer Success Manager to have:

  • Experience in L&D / Learning & Development
  • A background that includes time in Customer Success or the desire to move into it
  • A passion for working with people and customers to deliver great learning
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers (leaders in L&D)
  • Corporate / enterprise L&D experience which includes use of workforce agility, skillstech and/or learning technology (AI, LMS, LXP) platforms
