Digital Project Manager – Design and Marketing Agency – Buckinghamshire/Hybrid 

Are you an exceptional, or even aspiring, Digital Project Manager with significant experience with Adobe Creative Cloud? Are you looking to work within a tight-knight, supportive and collaborative agency environment?
Our client is a highly trusted digital marketing agency based in Buckinghamshire, they were founded over 30 years ago and are working with some of the biggest companies within tech, working on both local and international campaigns.

You will possess fantastic stakeholder management skills and being able to demonstrate that through continuous, clear and concise communication. You will be personable and approachable and have the ability to build strong relationships with both clients and colleagues.
They are looking for someone that has the ability to manage multiple projects effectively and efficiently, inline with budget and time constraints.


  • Liaising with clients and keeping them informed on project status.
  • Updating Asana with project lifecycle
  • Working in LinkedIn to build paid media campaigns for clients.
  • Tracking budgets and monitoring spend across your projects.
  • Managing 10-15 projects of varying scopes and deliverables at any one time
  • Working programmatically where possible to ensure scale and speed of delivery.
  • Running client and stakeholder update calls.
  • Checking materials from design/development teams.
  • Briefing copywriters and checking work.


  • A working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, website technology and other web CMS tools. (SEO and LinkedIn would be extremely desirable).
  • Understanding of available MarTech (such as ZoomInfo, HubSpot, Marketo, 6sense, PathFactory, Bombora) and what it is and does would be desirable, not essential.
  • Strop relationship builder and good communication skills.
  • Highly organised with fantastic attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task across multiple projects, clients and deliverables.
