Middleware Support Analyst - Central London - To £60k + Benefits
My leading client is looking for a highly motivated Support Analyst/Administrator with strong technical, communications and organisational skills, who are eager to succeed and become part of a renowned organisation who are known throughout the UK for the work they do in the public domain. You will provide technical application support in line with agreed service levels and working practices.

KEY SKILLS & BACKGROUND:
-Technical experience in the following is an advantage: MuleSoft ESB, MuleSoft Anypoint, Dell Boomi, Microsoft BizTalk, IBM WebSphere
-Demonstrable experience of delivering technical support roles with the TIBCO application or other middleware platforms
-Experience of ITIL Service Delivery and Support, preferably with a formal ITIL qualification (or equivalents outside of the ITIL framework)
-Experience of managing, maintaining and applying fixes to applications and software to ensure appropriate support and service level standards are met and exceeded
-Experience of supporting and understanding Web services using SOAP, REST, etc.
