Mobile Device Migration Specialist – MDM Blackberry – Intune – Apple iOS

Based On site – London 
Contract 6-12 months

Our professional services client are looking for a skilled Mobile Device Migration Specialist to work with c 700 users in their London office to support a large-scale mobile device migration project, focusing on the configuration and troubleshooting of Apple iOS and iPhone devices.
This is a front facing role dealing with individual users and so exceptional communication and customer care skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the migration of mobile devices, primarily Apple iOS and iPhone.
• Provide expert troubleshooting and support for Apple mobile devices.
• Configure devices ensuring seamless integration.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth deployment and functionality.
• Work with technologies such as Blackberry Enterprise Server, Microsoft Entra, and Microsoft Intune.

Key skills/experience required:

• Proven expertise in Apple iOS and iPhone troubleshooting.
• Experience of configuring mobile devices in a largescale enterprise environment
• Familiarity with Blackberry Enterprise Server, Microsoft Entra, and Microsoft Intune
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Must have Professional services experience
