CLIENT : Renowned not-for-profit with annual donations £450m+
CHALLENGE: As a green field implementation, the client required an Informatica SME. However, due to the nature of the organisation, hiring within budget was a critical issue. Eutopia sourced numerous candidates that were able to look beyond just financial incentives and see the bigger opportunity to help craft the client’s technology roadmap.
RESULT: Through an innovative marketing campaign, Eutopia attracted high calibre candidates, despite these salary constraints – with an initial long list presented to the client within 10 days of being briefed. Subsequently, the client successfully hired a candidate for this role – and Eutopia was able to build a world-class skills pool of Informatica candidates for use in further campaigns.
