SKILLS REQUIRED : Contributing to the strategy and thought leadership for the client’s Infrastructure Work Group, leading a team of up to 30 employees that would be aligned to the Global and EMEA Enterprise teams
CLIENT : A leading global Technology Consulting firm
CHALLENGE: After failing to identify candidates through their own extensive internal networks, Eutopia was approached to headhunt from a specific competitor Consultancy wish list
RESULT: Eutopia was able to produce a Long List of candidates from Tier 1 Consulting firms – via our GRT tm team based in Cape Town. Working in collaboration with this market-leading client, this was whittled down to the top three candidates who made the final round of interviewing. Against other competing agencies, Eutopia succeeded in recruiting an outstanding candidate for this role.
