SKILLS REQUIRED : DRC National with experience of working for a multinational in a similar legal capacity
CLIENT : International Telecoms Towers Operator
CHALLENGE: Due to changes in legislation and the appetite for Telecoms Operators to sell their Towers to 3rd parties, our client required a French-speaking local Congolese national to assume this role. The DRC market is a tough one in which to operate and the hunt for top talent a challenging one.
RESULT: Eutopia headhunted a DRC National from a multinational organization in the DRC. Using our internal team of French-speakers (including our very own DRC National), we were able to deliver a shortlist of 3 top class lawyers - one of whom the client hired.
