SKILLS REQUIRED : Cornerstone Knowledge Expert required to lead the global roll out of our client’s LMS system. Strong technical understanding required allied to a successful background in delivering complex implementation programmes on a global basis.
CLIENT : Major British Corporate with operations in over 80 countries worldwide
CHALLENGE: Due to the relative popularity of the product, we were working in an extremely limited market for skilled individuals. Utilising a mixed social media and search methodology normally associated with hiring permanent members of staff, the Eutopia team performed deep dive techniques to identify a short list of potential candidates. This was followed by an in-depth ‘sell’ of the client opportunity to cement candidate interest.
RESULT: The client was able to hire one of the industry’s top Implementation / Programme Consultants. The successful candidate (amongst a world class team) has made a significant difference to the overall success of this programme, becoming the ‘font of all knowledge’ on this key strategic business initiative.
