SKILLS REQUIRED : Agile business analysis skills gained on web, online or digital projects – ideally with eCommerce or telecoms portal experience – and strong Agile consulting skills
CLIENT : Large global Technology Consultancy and Systems Integrator
CHALLENGE: Sourcing high calibre individuals with minimal client/ candidate collateral in a competitive market for these skills
RESULT: Using every channels at our disposal, and fuelled by our Global Resource function, we quickly compiled a Long List of potential candidates within striking distance of Berkshire – to include those candidates who might consider relocation – or those who were locationaly flexible. Despite the client’s elongated interview process, Eutopia managed to recruit 4 candidates to the client’s new Agile Consulting business – with recruitment to this Practice ongoing at time of publishing this update.
