Karen joined the Eutopia team in 2018, drawn back to recruitment after taking time out to work a totally different sector (and wondering why she ever left). With over 13 years’ recruitment experience, Karen prides herself on providing the best service she can to clients and candidates alike and thoroughly enjoys finding their perfect match.
Working in conjunction with clients to actively and positively reflect their brand and values, Karen provides a consultative approach in order to meet each client’s individual recruitment needs. This, balanced with ensuring that candidates have the best experience possible throughout any process, regardless of outcome, is of paramount importance to her.
Outside of work
Karen is known for her love of good wine and cheese. She is also affectionately referred to in the office as the Crazy Cat Lady due to her love of felines.
