Compensation: c$120k base + c20% commission

Lead their 6-7 person collaborative and flat-structured sales team where every voice matters.

The Role
I’m looking for a passionate former educator / teacher eager to continue their sales leadership career by managing a team with a $1-2m revenue responsibility and experience of the independent private school sector. As the Sales Director / Head of Sales, you’ll be responsible for empowering the team and creating a high performance environment in which they can succeed and delight customers.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Developing and implementing sales strategies
• Leading and managing the remote sales team
• Building and maintaining customer relationships with schools
• Collaborating across the business with other departments
