Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days a week in the office, 2 at home)
Salary: £30,000 (realistic £40,000+ OTE)

Are you a consultative, empathetic sales professional who thrives on turning warm leads into meaningful conversations & relationships?

My client connects families with trusted, qualified tutors and mentors for hyper-personalised lessons – helping students achieve academic confidence and long-term success.

What You’ll Do

  • Act on qualified inbound leads
  • Hold engaging discovery calls with parents to understand each child’s goals and challenges
  • Recommend the right tutoring plan using a consultative, empathetic approach
  • Log and manage leads in HubSpot (or similar CRM)
  • Collaborate with Operations and Customer Success to ensure a seamless onboarding experience
  • Share insights on lead quality, objections and campaign performance to improve conversion rates

What You Bring

  • Experience in phone-based B2C or B2B sales (education / edtech, subscription / membership or consumer tech preferred)
  • Strong understanding of the UK Education system (Secondary, GCSE, A-levels)
  • A consultative sales style – adaptive, confident and customer-first
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills
  • CRM discipline and data accuracy (HubSpot experience ideal)
  • Empathy, energy, and a strong drive to hit conversion and revenue goals
