Senior IT Business Analyst – Liverpool / Hybrid Working 
  
Our client, an organisation of international repute and one of the largest employers in Liverpool, is looking to a Senior IT Business Analyst to join their established IT Services team.
  
Working across a diverse portfolio of requirements, you will undertake a number of activities including eliciting requirements, producing business cases, preparing impact assessments and looking to requirements catalogues and user stories.
You will have experience of working at a Senior or Lead level within complex IT projects and be confident working both independently and as part of a team.
Engaging with a wide range of both technical and non-technical stakeholders, you will apply your expertise in facilitating workshops, meetings, interviews and focus groups and be confident and proactive in your approach.

Key skills and requirements:

• Proven experience in a Senior or Lead role having delivered on complex IT projects
• Be able to evidence in-depth experience of utilising Business Analysis tools and the application of techniques
• Experience of facilitating workshops, meetings, interviews and focus groups
• Have demonstrable experience with mapping or flowchart systems, i.e. MS Visio
• Significant experience of systems and process analysis including the production of diagrams, maps and models, documentation of data flows and system integrations
• Experience of data collection and analysis, and of presenting data visually such as in charts or tables
• The ability to work independently and to prioritise work loads
• Ideally you will have an understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies and hold a recognised Business Analysis qualification
