Get to know Paul
Paul has over 20 years experience in recruitment and joined Eutopia initially as a Senior IT Recruiter in 2005. He was proud to be appointed Managing Director in 2019 and is now responsible for the overall strategy and commercial interests of the company. He is passionate about creating an internal learning culture which ensures that both Eutopia employees and our clients thrive.
Paul’s main passion remains day-to-day recruitment. He architects and leads many of Eutopia’s volume recruitment campaigns and search assignments. During his career he has partnered with Higher Education Institutions, global Professional Services firms and start-ups.
Outside of work
Paul is married with two children, and his main goal in life (apart from overseeing the growth at Eutopia) is to see his beloved Tottenham win a trophy before he retires. He is also an amateur poet and as a child of Britpop you can regular find him at summer music festivals.
