Senior Configuration Management Engineer (CMDB) - Manchester / Hybrid working
Our client, a prestigious Professional Services is looking to engage a Senior Configuration Management Engineer (CMDB) to work out of their Manchester offices.
With offices Globally, and a workforce of in excess of 5,500, you would be joining a talented team of Technology professionals supporting their international operation.
Utilising your experience, you will join the Configuration Management team and be tasked with implementing, configuring, and maintaining all processes, platforms, and integrations related to configuration management. You will also contribute to the design, development, and implementation of automated processes for gathering, populating, and maintaining CMDB data using system management integrations.
You will advance the maturity of the CMDB platform and Configuration Management as a service and will also support cross-discipline continual process improvement using the CMDB.
This is a varied role with wide interaction with internal stakeholders.

Some key skills and experience required:
- You will have a minimum of 3 years hands on relevant Configuration Management experience with the ServiceNow platform
- It is essential that you have CMDB experience, and also preferably CSDM
- It would be advantageous if you also have UCMDM, BCM Atrium and/or Microsoft Service Management experience
- Ideally you will have experience working in a multi-site environment but if not, it is essential that you have experience working within a large scale corporate ITIL environment - preferably holding an ITIL v3 or v4
